  • USA Yeast is one of only two American-owned yeast companies. We supply bakers yeast to some of the North America’s most delicious bread brands.
  • USA Yeast’s state of the art production facility is located in Hattiesburg, MS. We are proud to call Hattiesburg our home!
  • USA Yeast has employed nearly 40 people since opening in 2002.
  • All of USA Yeast’s employees were hired directly from the local area.
  • We supply products to the bakery, ethanol, and human and animal nutrition markets.
  • We use a fully automated, computer-controlled production process. This is the secret behind our designed in product consistency and quality assurance.
